Shipping Policy

At CraftyMinis.com, we prepare and ship your orders of paints, model kits and modelling accessories with the utmost care to ensure they arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find all the information about our shipping times, costs and conditions.

1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • France
  • Belgium
  • Germany
  • Ireland

If your country or region is not available during checkout, please email us at hola@craftyminis.com so we can look into a customised shipping option for you.

2. Order processing and shipping times

The usual order processing time is 24 to 48 business hours from the moment your payment is confirmed.

Shipments within mainland Spain are normally delivered within approximately 24–72 business hours from the time the parcel leaves our warehouse.

For Balearic Islands and other EU countries, delivery times may extend to 2–7 business days, depending on the carrier and any customs procedures.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of CraftyMinis.com (strikes, severe weather, Black Friday/Christmas peak periods, etc.).

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on:

  • The delivery address
  • The carrier available in your area

4. Order tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Whenever the carrier provides this service, we will include a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Deliveries, missed deliveries and incorrect addresses

Please make sure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. CraftyMinis.com cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

In case you are not at home:

  • The carrier will usually make a second delivery attempt or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point.
  • If the parcel is returned to our warehouse because delivery was not possible, we can resend it, but additional shipping costs may apply.

6. Damaged parcels and shipping issues

If you receive your order with visible damage to the parcel or the products:

  • Please note it on the courier’s delivery slip or device at the time of delivery.
  • Take photos of the packaging and the damaged contents.
  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery, sending the photos and your order number to hola@craftyminis.com

We will review the case with the carrier and offer you a suitable solution (product replacement, store credit, partial refund, etc.), as appropriate.

7. Changing or cancelling your shipment

If you need to change the delivery address or cancel an order that has not yet left our warehouse, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to make the change at no extra cost.
  • If the order is already with the carrier, we may not be able to change the address, or additional charges may apply.

8. Public holidays and exceptional delays

On national, regional and local public holidays, our warehouse and the courier companies may not be operating, which can lead to occasional delays.

During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be longer due to increased volume at the courier companies.
