Pigmento Desert Dust 73121 Pigment FX Vallejo
Vallejo Pigment FX 73121 Desert Dust is a powder pigment to represent desert dust, dry sand and accumulated light earth. Its fine texture lets you apply it dry, blend it with a brush and create natural transitions over fully dry acrylic, enamel or lacquer paint.
It’s especially suited to military vehicles, tracks, wheels, arid bases and dry-terrain dioramas. You can use it directly on the surface for a dusty effect, fix it with Vallejo Pigment Binder 26233 or mix it with a medium to create deposits, crusts and heavier build-up.
The result is a sandy tone very useful for dusting surfaces and blending vehicles with the terrain. For more realistic effects, combine several pigments from the Pigment FX Vallejo range and work in layers, from the lightest to the darkest tones.
