How to airbrush ATOM (step by step)
- Prepare the piece: remove flash, sand gently and clean off the dust.
- Prime if you need maximum grip (resin-like plastic or 3D prints): Primers | Vallejo.
- Thin to a "semi-skimmed milk" texture with Transparator or Airbrush Thinner 71161.
- Work at roughly 12–18 PSI and apply thin, crossed coats.
- Purge between colours and clean up afterwards with Airbrush Cleaner 71199.

- Final varnishes: Varnish | Vallejo (gloss, satin, matte) or AMMO's Lucky Varnish Ultra-Matte A.MIG-2054.
- Decals: apply a gloss coat and use setting/softening solution to avoid silvering.
- Complex masking: 1–10 mm tapes and precision blades.

- Not always: ATOM can be applied without primer, but on resin or 3D prints a primer helps with grip and reveals surface flaws.
