AK Interactive 3GEN AK11898 IJN/IJA Aotake is a water-based acrylic paint in a 17 ml format for modelling, miniatures and scale models. The 3GEN range is designed to offer good coverage, smooth application and a matt finish suited to both brush and airbrush when properly thinned.

It’s especially useful for metallic details, mechanical parts, armour, engines, weapons, edging, rivets and small elements that need a controlled shine finish.
Recommended use
- Water-based acrylic paint in a 17 ml dropper bottle.
- Suitable for brush and airbrush when properly thinned.
- Good for base coats, highlights, shadows, details and mixing.
- Can be combined with primers, varnishes, washes and modelling effects.
To improve adhesion, apply the paint on a clean, primed surface. You can combine it with primers, varnishes and other colours from the AK 3GEN Acrylics range.
