The contract duration will be linked to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

Craftyminis ships to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Shipping is free for orders over 100€ within the Peninsula (Spain). For other destinations, shipping costs vary depending on the order amount.

Payment Methods and Order Processing
The customer can pay for their order using a Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro credit card.
All transactions involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information transmitted travels encrypted through the network.
Additionally, credit card data is entered directly on the bank’s page, within the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of the Bank, and is not entered or stored on any Craftyminis server.
When paying with a VISA, MASTERCARD, or MAESTRO card, the following details will always be required: the card number, the expiration date, and a validation code that corresponds to the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of the VISA, MASTERCARD, or MAESTRO card, providing greater security for the transaction.
This payment method is only valid on the website.
If the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or incorrectly using a payment card number, the cardholder may request the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and credit transactions in the provider’s and cardholder’s accounts will be carried out as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase was legitimately made by the cardholder and the refund request was not due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal or contract termination and, therefore, was an unjustified request for cancellation, the cardholder will be liable to Craftyminis for any damages and losses incurred as a result of such cancellation.
The availability of products offered by Craftyminis may vary depending on customer demand. Although Craftyminis updates stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that moment. In case of non-fulfillment due to unavailability, Craftyminis will notify the customer as soon as it becomes aware of this situation, via email or phone call. The period for this notification will not exceed a maximum of 30 days.
Craftyminis may offer the customer two options: supplying a product with similar characteristics or superior quality at no additional cost, or, unless there are justified and demonstrable reasons from Craftyminis, refunding the amount paid for the canceled order within the same period.
Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Complaints
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the purchase, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without the need to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Craftyminis either by phone at 644 577 794 or by email at hola@craftyminis.com.
According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of services or goods that have been custom-made according to the consumer’s specifications, are clearly personalized, or by their nature cannot be returned, may deteriorate, or expire quickly.
The return
The customer must contact Craftyminis by phone at 644 577 794 or via email at hola@craftyminis.com to provide the reason for the return. Craftyminis reserves the right to accept or decline the return request. If the return is approved, instructions will be provided on where to send the product. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once the product is received and verified to be in perfect condition, the corresponding refund will be issued.
The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than fourteen calendar days from the date the right of withdrawal is exercised. The deadline is considered met if the customer returns the product before the period expires.
Payment refund
The refund of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Craftyminis may withhold the refund until the product subject to withdrawal has been received or until the customer provides proof of its return, whichever occurs first.
Orders returned after multiple delivery attempts
Orders returned after multiple delivery attempts by the shipping agency, unless due to an error attributable to Craftyminis or the shipping company, will be refunded except for the shipping and return costs incurred. This applies to all delivery methods, including those that qualify for free shipping covered by Craftyminis.
Similarly, as products made to order are exempt from withdrawal, if the returned order after multiple attempts includes a made-to-order product, its amount will be excluded from the refund.
Return of a defective product
If the product is not in good condition and the issue is not caused by the customer, they have the right to return it by informing Craftyminis of the reason for the return through any of the contact methods provided in these terms, at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
Craftyminis commits to covering the return costs and replacing the product with a new one under the conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the applicable regulations in force in Spain. In the event of any dispute, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable rules on jurisdiction and competence. Craftyminis is domiciled in Begues, Spain.

In accordance with the current regulations on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that your personal data will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of Craftyminis, for the purpose of fulfilling the commitments arising from our relationship with you.

If we do not receive any objection within 30 days, we will assume that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any changes, and that we have your consent to process them for billing purposes.
